Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Many people come to coaching feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or unclear. That’s often why they book. We’ll start where you are and gently clarify what would be most supportive right now.

  • Standard coaching happens via Zoom or in person at my home and focuses on reflection, insight, and practical guidance through conversation.

In-Life Coaching happens inside real life; in your home, out for a walk, or in another everyday setting. It’s more embodied and practical, and especially supportive if talking alone hasn’t been enough to create change.

If you’re unsure which option is right, I’m happy to help you decide.

  • No. In-Life Coaching is not a cleaning or housekeeping service.

We work alongside each other to create simple systems, reduce overwhelm, and support decision-making while also talking and reflecting. The focus is on function, nervous system support, and sustainable change, not perfection or productivity.

  • No. You don’t need to clean, organise, or “get things ready.”

These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Mess, unfinished systems, and overwhelm are all welcome here.

  • Yes. My work is neurodiversity-affirming and grounded in nervous-system awareness.

Many clients are neurodivergent or suspect they may be, and benefit from support that is practical, flexible, and responsive rather than rigid or prescriptive.

  • Yes. Some clients find walking sessions particularly supportive for thinking, regulating, and gently increasing movement without pressure. These sessions are paced to your energy and capacity.

  • There’s no set number.

Some people book a one-off session for support with a specific issue. Others find that a short series of sessions allows for deeper, more sustainable change. We can review this together as we go.

  • Yes. Nutrition and food support can be part of both standard and in-life coaching, particularly for clients who feel overwhelmed by meal planning, food choices, or conflicting advice.

Support is always practical, flexible, and tailored to your needs and capacity.

  • No. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy or medical care.

My work focuses on practical support, reflection, nervous system awareness, and values-based change. If therapeutic or clinical support is needed, I can help you think about appropriate referrals.

  • That’s a very normal concern.

Coaching is an investment, and it’s important that it feels considered and aligned for you. I’m transparent about pricing so you can decide without pressure whether this is the right support at this time.

  • You’re welcome to get in touch via the contact form or email to ask questions or explore whether working together would be a good fit.

There’s no obligation. Clarity comes first.
