Small Group Classes in My Private Studio

Casebrook, Christchurch

Classes are held in my private home studio and are intentionally kept small (maximum of six women). This means you’re not just attending a class , you’re receiving semi-private, personalised coaching in a calm, supportive space.

These sessions are:

  • Tailored to the people in the room, not a generic program

  • Hands-on, guided, and responsive to your body and needs

  • Supportive if you’re navigating injury, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, fatigue, or nervous system overload

  • Focused on real strength, real mobility, and real life function

  • Built around connection, not performance

You’ll receive more feedback, more individual guidance with movement, and more care than in a typical gym or studio environment. This is for women who value depth, presence, and nervous-system-safe movement, not just exercise.

There’s also space for connection. Before class, after class, and in between. These aren’t just workouts, they’re community spaces for like-minded women who genuinely care about their health, their bodies, and each other.

If you and a small group of friends would like to create a class time together, I’m open to adding sessions. Just reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.

Class Times

Monday – 9:30am
Kids welcome
A relaxed, inclusive morning session for mums and caregivers. Bring your little ones, move your body, and breathe.

Wednesday – 7:30pm
Adults only (teenagers welcome)
A quieter, more focused evening session for deeper restoration and strength.

Pilates

A low-impact, whole-body practice focused on core strength, posture, stability, and controlled movement. Pilates supports strong, functional bodies and is especially helpful for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, injury rehabilitation, perimenopause, or anyone wanting strength without strain. Movements are guided with care and individual feedback, so you feel supported, safe, and confident in your body. Pilates is also fantastic for more advanced movers, offering a level of challenge whatever your fitness level.

Yoga

This is yoga for real bodies, not just the already-flexible. Classes focus on building both strength and flexibility, improving mobility, balance, and body awareness, while supporting your nervous system through breath and mindful movement.

Postures are offered with options and adaptations, so you’re supported whether you’re feeling stiff, tired, strong, or somewhere in between. This is a gentle but effective practice that helps you feel more at home in your body, without pushing or forcing.

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced — just willing to show up as you are.

strength

A functional, bodyweight-focused class designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence for everyday life. Sessions support cardiovascular health and muscular strength without overwhelm, using adaptable movements that meet you where you’re at. This is about feeling capable and resilient in your body — not pushing to exhaustion.
