Many women come to this work feeling tired, overwhelmed, or unsure why their energy has dropped so suddenly. Often, they’re moving through a season of transition; motherhood, fertility journeys, perimenopause, health changes, grief, or a quiet sense that life is asking something different now.

I offer grounded, compassionate 1:1 coaching to support you through these seasons, helping you feel steadier, more resourced, and more at home in your body and life.

This coaching is not about fixing yourself or pushing harder. It’s about listening more closely and responding with care.

Working together, we may explore:

  • fatigue, overwhelm, and fluctuating energy

  • stress, nervous system sensitivity, and burnout

  • your relationship with food, movement, and your body

  • life transitions, identity shifts, and grief

  • habits, patterns, and expectations that no longer serve you

Who is this for?

1:1 Coaching (Zoom or In-Person)

These sessions offer a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and work through what’s feeling hard, while gently building clarity, capacity, and confidence.

Sessions may include:

  • Nutrition and lifestyle support that fits your real life

  • Nervous-system-aware strategies for stress, overwhelm, and low capacity

  • Values-based decision making

  • Support through transitions such as perimenopause, burnout, or life changes

  • Space to integrate knowledge into sustainable, lived practice

This style of coaching is especially supportive if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed or stuck despite “knowing what to do”

  • Want guidance that honours your body, energy, and season of life

  • Are tired of rigid rules and want something more humane and realistic

Session details

  • 60 minutes — $145

  • 30-minute follow-up sessions available

  • Sessions are available via Zoom or in person at my home in Casebrook, Christchurch

In-Life Coaching (Premium, In-Person)

For some people, real change doesn’t happen in conversation alone, it happens inside daily life.

In-Life Coaching sessions offer practical, embodied support in real-world contexts. We work alongside each other; walking, organising, shopping, or gently creating systems, while also talking, reflecting, and building insight.

This approach is particularly supportive for people who are neurodivergent, burnt out, overwhelmed, or low in capacity.

Rather than telling you what you should do, we focus on:

  • What actually works for you

  • Reducing friction and decision fatigue

  • Creating environments and systems that support regulation and ease

These sessions may include:

  • In-home organisation and system support

  • Body-doubling and decision support

  • Walking sessions to support movement, reflection, and regulation

  • Grocery shopping or food-related support for those who feel overwhelmed

  • Identifying small, sustainable changes that support wellbeing

This is not about perfection or productivity.
It’s about helping your life and your environment support you.

  • 90-minute minimum - $295

  • Travel time is included in the session investment

  • One-off sessions or short series available

  • Availability is limited due to the depth of this work
